- Sampling protocol
- Seen and photographed from the ground with a phone (Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra), 13:38–13:41 AEDT.
- Occurrence remarks
- One koala high in a river red gum, eating leaves, then resting with its body along a branch. Watched for about four minutes around midday.
- Uncertainty remarks
- Location generalised to 0.1 degree (about 10 km) because the koala is a listed threatened species. All views were partly behind leaves, so a second koala in the same tree can't be ruled out. Sex not determined.

- Behaviour
- Eating eucalypt leaves while sitting in a fork, then lying stretched along a branch.
